Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Four years of program administration experience. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Verbal and written communication skills.

Job Detail:

Serves as personal assistant and liaison to the Development office. May attend meetings or committees on behalf of the Director. Coordinates and monitors action items and assignments made by the Director or other Development staff. Coordinates logistics, visits and cultivation event with donors, prospective donors. Coordinates all development and engagement events, both on and off campus. Plans and coordinates logistical and administrative support for events, meetings or other special functions and provides on-site support. Serves as a resource for doors and potential donors. Develops strategy for identifying prospective donors. Assists in the coordination of development activities at the college and department levels. Assists with the compilation of the budget and fiscal operations of the department. Assists in the development of short and long-range goals. Supervises student workers. Serves as office manager. Serves on various university, division and departmental committees and represents the department at various associations. Serves as community relations contact for sponsorships. Plans and coordinates all special donor and alumni events and special meetings. Other duties as assigned.

Monday – Friday: 8-5
